We lost so many celebs last year, I didn’t even notice the exclusion of Farrah Fawcett from the memorial montage at the Oscars. Ryan O’Neal certainly did, though! He’s none too pleased with the Academy. And, they’ve gone on record saying it’s NOT an oversight!

on today’s Tim and Willy Show:

Jake Peavy called Tim and WIlly about WoodJock 2010.  He’s the Cy Young Award Winning baseball player for the White Sox who also dabbles in country music…plays the guitar, sings, writes a little.  He has organized this guitar pull/jam fest for other ballplayers who like to pick  and Nashville musicians to entertain Cactus League fans and help out the Jake Peavy Foundation that funds several charities.  Tim and Willy are part of this too..if you’d like to be there and hear the music ..it’s Thursday night at the Venue of Scottsdale.  Here’s a link for tickets.

Also Andrea was back with details about her trip to …well, Haiti among other places.  She found herself on a topless beach at one point…fully clothed of course.

In the news we learned that drinking more can help women stay slimmer.  New medical study found a couple of drinks (particularly red wine) a day helped more women avoid the middleage spread.  Good to know!
